15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and implement observability frameworks using CA tools
Integrate observability platforms with AI-driven diagnostics
Develop autonomous monitoring agents for anomaly detection
Collaborate with SRE and DevOps teams to define observability KPIs
Maintain and optimize observability dashboards
Conduct impact analysis and root cause investigations
Ensure scalability and compliance of observability solutions Professional & Technical Skills:
Experience with GenAI, LangChain, observability platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Broadcom CA Gen. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
