Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Ensure effective communication within the team.- Implement best practices for application support.- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.- Strong troubleshooting skills in application support.- Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business systems.- Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident and problem management.- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
