Summary:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer with around 4+ years of experience supporting and managing enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience with Cisco data center networking, F5 load balancers, wireless solutions, ACI fabrics, Infoblox DDI, and SD-WAN technologies. This role involves day-to-day network operations, deployment support, troubleshooting, and working closely with senior engineers to ensure high network reliability and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches and routers in data center and enterprise environments.Working knowledge of F5 load balancers, including virtual server configuration and traffic management.Exposure to Cisco ACI solutions "” assisting with fabric configuration, tenant creation, and policy deployment.Experience supporting Infoblox DDI environments "” including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM tasks.Familiarity with VPN technologies (IPsec, site-to-site, SSL) and implementing secure remote access solutions.Basic understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, routing protocols, and high-availability network design.Proficient in using network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds) for fault detection and performance analysis.Exposure to SD-WAN platforms and assist in policy and template deployments.Working experience with ITSM tools for incident, change, and problem ticket management.Assist in the deployment and configuration of new network devices, including switches, routers, wireless controllers, and load balancers.Support senior engineers in executing network changes "” preparing change requests, implementing approved changes, performing validation, and documenting results.Monitor network performance using platforms like SolarWinds and assist in identifying and resolving incidents proactively.Provide Level 2/3 operational support, diagnosing and troubleshooting routing, switching, VPN, and connectivity issues in enterprise environments.Participate in regular maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades, patching, and configuration backups to ensure network stability and security.Support the configuration and management of Cisco ACI components (tenants, policies, EPGs, contracts) under senior guidance.Assist with Infoblox DDI operations "” managing DNS/DHCP configurations, IP address planning, and provisioning workflows.Contribute to documentation efforts, including network topology diagrams, standard operating procedures, and incident knowledge base articles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network migrations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.Professional & Technical
Skills:Around 4+ years of experience in enterprise network operations and support roles.Proven ability to assist in end-to-end network deployments and post-implementation support activities.Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative mindset, working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.Good understanding of operational processes, change management, and documentation practices.Willingness to participate in 24—7 rotational support and on-call escalation when required
