Project Role :Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to improve efficiency.

Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.

Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.

Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.

Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.

Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.

This position is based in Mumbai.

A 15 years full time education is required.
