Must have skills : Project Portfolio Management Tools Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems. Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management Tools. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes. Experience with SQL queries and database management. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management Tools. This position is based at our Coimbatore office. A 15 years full time education is required.
