You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems. Identify and analyze software defects, providing timely resolutions. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve application stability and performance. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues. Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
