Your typical day will involve providing support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management and Desktop Transformation, and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management and Desktop Transformation. Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems. Participate in the development and implementation of new systems and upgrades. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Desktop Transformation. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of cloud computing platforms. Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
