Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Desktop Management Good to have skills : Desktop Transformation Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationRotational shiftsweekend shifts Summary :As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related problems, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications, and providing technical support to end-users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of software issues. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems reported by end-users. Ensure the smooth functioning of applications and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex issues. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Desktop Transformation. Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop management tools. Familiarity with software deployment and configuration management processes. Experience in diagnosing and resolving software-related issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Rotational shifts and weekend shifts may be required. Qualification 15 years full time education Rotational shifts weekend shifts
