Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring system reliability, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely support, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support. - Document and track issues and resolutions to improve future troubleshooting efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management. - Strong understanding of server virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions. - Experience in monitoring and performance tuning of Windows Server environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
