Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Experience in monitoring system performance and implementing improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
