The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Aruba ClearPass solutions, ensuring secure network access for users and devices while maintaining compliance with internal and external security policies.Key Responsibilities:A. Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Aruba ClearPass for network access control (NAC) across the enterprise.B. Implement security policies, authentication, and authorization processes for both wired and wireless networks using ClearPass, ensuring only authorized users and devices gain access.C. Develop and manage access control policies based on user roles, device types, and network conditions, ensuring granular access control and compliance.D. Guest Access Management:Configure and maintain guest access portals, self-registration portals, and authentication methods to provide secure, temporary network access for visitors.E. Device Profiling:Use ClearPass to automate device profiling and ensure that devices are appropriately categorized and granted access based on their security posture.F. Integration with Third-Party Systems:Integrate ClearPass with other security and networking tools (e.g., firewalls, SIEMs, MDM solutions) to provide a cohesive network security architecture.G. Troubleshooting & Support:Provide tier 2/3 support for Aruba ClearPass-related incidents and requests, troubleshooting network issues related to access control.H. Compliance & Reporting:Ensure that network access management adheres to compliance standards, and produce detailed reports on network access activities, security incidents, and user/device behavior.I. Continuous Improvement:Stay current with new developments in network security technologies and Aruba ClearPass features, ensuring continuous optimization and enhancement of the network security infrastructure.J. Device Profiling:Use ClearPass to automate device profiling and ensure that devices are appropriately categorized and granted access based on their security posture. Technical ExperienceA. Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing Aruba ClearPass solutions in a complex network environment.B. Strong understanding of network security principles, including authentication, authorization, access control policies, and device profiling.C. Experience with RADIUS, 802.1X, MAC authentication, captive portals, and other network authentication methods.D. Proficiency in managing and integrating Aruba ClearPass with identity management systems (Active Directory, LDAP), firewalls, and SIEM platforms.E. Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity and security issues in a large-scale environment.F. Experience with Cisco Network devices. Professional AttributesA.
