Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to grow our Lotherme category welding electrodes, designed for wear and maintenance applications across heavy industries.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Drive sales of Lotherme Category Electrodes, achieve revenue targets, and ensure timely collections.

✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities in Maintenance & Repair (M&R) segments.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.

✔ Provide technical support, product presentations, and application recommendations.

✔ Application knowledge in Sugar, Cement, Steel, Crushers, Mills, Boilers, and Conveyors.

Skills & Qualifications

✔Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with 3–6 years’ experience in welding consumables or industrial product sales.

✔Strong knowledge of hardfacing, wear-resistant electrodes, welding processes, and excellent communication and technical selling skills.
