Application Security Testing & Code review

As an Associate Manager in Application Security Testing & Code Review at Atos, you will be responsible for executing and managing multiple complex enterprise application security testing projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Completing projects on time, coordinating with client stakeholders, tracking delays, and addressing challenges effectively. - Gaining in-depth knowledge and executing complex Application Security Code Review projects for various types of applications. - Involvement in application architecture understanding, threat identification, vulnerability identification, and control analysis. - Identifying business risks posed by vulnerabilities, prioritizing risks, and providing solution recommendations. - Engaging with both business and technical teams for project scope definition, execution, closure, and post-project support. - Mentoring and training junior resources to enhance their skill sets. - Monitoring team adherence to security testing processes, organizational policies, and procedures. - Conducting project reviews to ensure thorough testing and performing technical reviews to maintain the highest quality deliverables. - Identifying new test cases, developing testing techniques, and showcasing proof of concept. - Tracking errors made by engineers and developing improvement plans. - Being open to onsite deployments worldwide as per business requirements. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of Application Security Testing Experience. - Expertise in application security testing, including Secure Code Review, Web, Mobile, web services, and thick-client applications. - Experience with J2EE and/or .NET frameworks, AJAX, and web services. - CyberSecurity and Developer Certifications (e.g., SCWCD, SCJP, SCJD, SCJA, MCSD). - Experience in application architecture review and handling difficult situations. - Training and mentoring experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Source Code Review and application security testing. - Knowledge of Cryptography and risk assessment methodologies. - Flexibility and creativity in finding solutions for customers. - Ability to work on multiple complex assignments independently or in teams. - Experience in leading and guiding a team of security engineers. - Knowledge of standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO, etc. Atos is a global leader in digital transformation, committed to a secure and decarbonized digital future for its clients.
