As a Salesforce professional, you will be responsible for the following: - Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education. - Have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce. - Demonstrate hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with knowledge of other Salesforce clouds like Marketing and Experience being an added advantage. - Showcase expertise in Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and knowledge of Salesforce APIs. - Exhibit good knowledge of handling and simplifying Salesforce data integration designs with backend systems such as SAP, IoT, etc. - Understand the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities. - Knowledge of front-end web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial. - Hold Salesforce App Builder and Developer certification(s), with additional Salesforce certification(s) being advantageous. For the SAP role, your responsibilities will include: - Specializing in implementing, configuring, and managing SAP software solutions to optimize business processes. - Deploying and customizing SAP solutions based on client requirements. - Configuring various SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP Integration. - Gathering and analyzing business requirements to develop effective SAP strategies. - Providing training and support to end-users. - Conducting testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
