As an Application Security Testing professional at Atos, you will be responsible for executing complex security testing projects for enterprise applications including mobile, web services, web apps, and thick-client systems. Your role involves completing projects within defined timelines and delivering high-quality reports. You will be required to acquire in-depth knowledge of mobile applications, their architecture, different types of web services, and microservices to conduct thorough security testing. Determining vulnerability likelihood, impact analysis, risk determination, risk prioritization, and providing solution recommendations will be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will need to showcase strong communication skills, both verbal and written, while engaging with internal and customer stakeholders. Collaborating with business and technical teams, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends are also crucial responsibilities. Additionally, you should be prepared for onsite deployments as per business requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Application Security Testing, expertise in application security testing, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile application security testing. Knowledge of mobile application architectures, web services security testing, AJAX, SOAP, RESTful web services, and risk assessment methodologies are essential. Skills in handling challenging situations, effective communication, and ability to work independently or within a team will be advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include experience in Application Architecture Reviews, security code review, knowledge of mobile application development frameworks, any CyberSecurity related certification, and basic understanding of protocols like SSL/TLS, and Cryptography.
