Job Description

We are looking for a Process Engineer Application Testing with hands-on experience in product testing, fixture debugging, and yield improvement. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation in electronics testing and be able to work closely with internal teams and customers, with a focus on analytical thinking and data-based decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Conduct application testing of product features like Display, Speaker, Buttons, Touch, etc. Debug and repair test fixtures to ensure minimal downtime and optimal testing performance. Generate and analyze testing yield/retest reports to identify and address failure trends. Perform calibration and maintenance of testing fixtures, ensuring adherence to 6S, GRR, Cpk , and other quality standards. Apply structured analysis methods including 4MIE, NTF/MDF for troubleshooting and process improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient application process flow and quality assurance. Communicate effectively in English and Kannada with customers and internal stakeholders. Use logical reasoning to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions independently. Required Skills: Experience with electronic product testing (Display, Audio, Input, etc.) Knowledge of fixture debugging, calibration, and GRR/CPK analysis Familiarity with quality tools like 6S, 4MIE, NTF/MDF, and Cpk Proficient in generating yield/retest reports Strong analytical and logical thinking skills Effective verbal and written communication in English and Kannada Preferred Candidate Profile: 3–6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or testing environments Hands-on experience in fixture repair and process calibration Customer-facing experience will be an added advantage Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing processes
