Must-Have**

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in Application Packaging

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows Environment.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 The Associate should be able to assist SME to understand the customer requirements, Provide application packaging using AdminStudio, and deployment leveraging Microsoft Configuration Manager

2 Assist in upgrades, changes, or implementations for application Components while following established change control procedures as agreed with the customer.

3 Assist for coordinating and implementing application for the project and/or organization maintaining the resulting product throughout its lifecycle

4 Perform general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment

5 Lead and drive definition, implementation and enforcement of systems administration operational processes, procedures, policies and associated documentation

6 Research, identify, and drive the implementation of innovative approaches to system administration tasks with a focus on automation, error reduction and service improvement

7 Managing the Windows client image, application packaging and scripting, and related project work

8 Communicate with a wide variety of users from executives to individual users
