Job Description

Grade Level (for internal use):

The Team Diverse and responsible team working on multiple applications and providing application support in two shifts. Ready to accept challenge on multiple technologies and eager for any new challenges.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
Create sustainable systems and services through automation.
Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objective
Day to day working with different teams like infra team for related issues
Build and document automation processes for Infrastructure as a Service/Infrastructure as code.
Backup and Patch management
RCA of all the issues and deep interest in finding permanent resolution of all issues.
Co-ordination of all other teams involved in issues related with users.
Self-driven person

What Were Looking For:

Cloud Infrastructure - AWS (preferred), Azure, Kubernetes platforms with knowledge on EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, EKS, deploying / scaling / troubleshooting / monitoring and cost optimization.
Development - Experience in backend (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, .Net), frontend (e.g., React, Angular), RESTful APIs, CI/CD
DevOps - Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Containerization (Docker)
Scripting & Tooling - Python, Bash, or PowerShell, Splunk
Troubleshooting & Support - Deep understanding of logs, metrics, tracing, performing root cause analysis and incident management
Soft Skills - Strong communication, working in shifts/weekends, customer-centric approach
