About the Role:

Application Maestro

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Application Architecture:
Define and implement end-to-end application architecture across platforms (web, mobile, and backend).
Hands-on Development:
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while mentoring the engineering team on best practices.
Technology Strategy:
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to keep applications modern, secure, and future-ready.
Integration & APIs:
Design and oversee the integration of applications with internal and external systems using REST, GraphQL, or event-driven architectures.
Performance Optimization:
Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in
cloud architecture, DevOps, or software design
are a plus.
Experience with
containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
and
DevOps pipelines
.
Exposure to
AI, automation, or analytics-based applications.
Prior experience in
leading technical teams or projects
