You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek Billing. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience in implementing billing solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with insurance domain knowledge. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Duck Creek Billing. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
