Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to ensure the applications are built to the highest standards, while also mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless application functionality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
