About The Role

Project Role :Application Lead
Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :ServiceNow IT Service Management

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, making your role crucial in the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance.

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Skills:

Experience with ITIL framework.

Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.

Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow.

Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
