Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process effectively- Ensure timely project delivery- Mentor and guide team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management- Strong understanding of IT operations management processes- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications- Knowledge of IT service management best practices- Hands-on experience in leading application development projects Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
