You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery, collaborating with various teams to achieve project goals. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process effectively- Ensure timely project delivery- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation- Strong understanding of compensation management processes- Experience in configuring Workday Compensation modules- Knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics- Hands-on experience in leading application development projects Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education and compensation certified is required Qualification 15 years full time education and compensation certified
