Your typical day will involve managing Agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the Agile project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project success. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and continuously improve the Agile process. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring project success within the allocated constraints. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Agile project management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects.
