You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications, ensuring they meet the project requirements and are delivered on time. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters, providing guidance and support to the development team. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Manage the application development lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure the application adheres to best practices, standards, and security guidelines. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of the application. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in application development, recommending improvements and implementing innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). Strong understanding of SAP GRC principles, processes, and methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing SAP GRC solutions, including access control, risk management, and compliance. Knowledge of SAP security concepts and authorization models. Experience with SAP GRC tools and modules, such as Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting project deadlines.-S/4 Experience is must , brownfield conversion will be added advantage Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Qualification Minimum 15 years of educational qualifications
