Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP HCM Time Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members.

Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for application development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP HCM Time Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in other SAP HCM modules such as Payroll and Personnel Administration.

Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management functionality and configuration.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
