Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Workday Core HCM, Program Project Management, Workday Project Management (PM) Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Must have relevant experience in leading cross functional teams to successfully deliver multimillion dollar projects on time and within budget Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget in a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the application design and development process- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements- Ensure timely delivery of projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Program Project Management, Workday Project Management (PM)- Strong understanding of project management methodologies- Experience in leading cross-functional teams- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM- This position is based at our Pune office- Must have relevant experience in leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget Qualification Must have relevant experience in leading cross functional teams to successfully deliver multimillion dollar projects on time and within budget
