You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management, you will contribute to the success of the project and drive innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME in ServiceNow IT Service Management Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project delivery Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications Act as the primary point of contact for the project Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework Experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS for ServiceNow customization Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management This position is based at our Chennai office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
