Key Responsibilities

• Incident Management Troubleshooting:

  Serve as the first line of support for platform issues; investigate and resolve incidents impacting data flows, audience delivery, or platform behavior.

• Monitoring Optimization:

  Continuously monitor platform performance and data synchronization. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for scalability and stability.

• Configuration Governance:

  Manage CDP configurations, access control (RBAC), and approval workflows. Ensure compliance, security, and alignment with governance standards.

• Collaboration with Data Teams:

  Partner with data engineers and analysts to enhance integrations, pipelines, and data modelsleveraging tools such as

  dbt

• Documentation Knowledge Sharing:

  Develop and maintain clear documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational best practices.

• Quality Assurance:

Key Qualifications Skills

Experience: 5 to 10 years

• Solid understanding of
