Application Engineer

As a Mastercam Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and technical support to clients and internal teams. Your expertise in Mastercam software, CNC, and VMC machining will be essential for conducting training sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting users in real-world applications. Your responsibilities will include providing hands-on training on various modules of Mastercam software, offering technical support to users, and customizing training based on specific industry needs such as Tool & Die, Aerospace, or Automotive. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with sales and support teams to ensure successful implementation and user satisfaction, while also developing user manuals, quick guides, and video tutorials when necessary. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a relevant technical field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Mastercam programming and CNC/VMC machining is required, along with a solid understanding of post processors, G-code, and machine setup. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or technical support will be advantageous, along with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-oriented mindset.
