Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using Spring Framework and Java.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, technical designs, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee release management and agile squad/scrum processes, ensuring effective sprint planning and defect resolution.
• Maintain and manage agile boards, facilitate retrospectives, and prioritize backlog tasks for efficient delivery.
• Conduct API automation testing using tools such as Rest Assured and Postman.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement structured solutions.
• Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team by adopting best practices and emerging technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on goals, progress, and deliverables.
• Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in managing changing project environments.

Skills Required:

• Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC, REST APIs).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, for application deployment and integration.
• Experience with front-end frameworks, preferably Angular, for developing responsive applications.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and Rest Assured.
• Understanding of agile methodologies, sprint management, and release processes.
• Strong grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
