Key Responsibilities  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.  Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.  Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and documentation.  Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and close deals.  Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers.  Liaise with design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.  Visit customer sites (steel plants, alumina refineries, mining units) for technical discussions and troubleshooting.  Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
