Application Engineer

Role Overview: As a Technical Solutions Consultant specializing in PTC tools, your primary responsibilities will include conducting technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients. You will interpret customer requirements, propose customized solutions, and support the sales team through technical documentation and solution positioning. Additionally, you will deploy and configure PTC products based on customer use cases, deliver training sessions to end-users, and play a crucial role in resolving technical issues to ensure successful product adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients - Interpret customer requirements and propose customized solutions - Support the sales team through technical documentation and solution positioning - Deploy and configure PTC products based on specific customer use cases - Deliver training and enablement sessions to end-users - Resolve technical issues to ensure successful adoption of products - Stay updated on emerging technologies such as AR (Vuforia), IoT (ThingWorx), and Digital Twin solutions - Contribute insights and knowledge to internal capability building efforts - Collaborate with Design Engineers to transition into a solutioning/consulting role - Willingness to travel for onsite implementation and training sessions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - 4-8 years of relevant experience working with PTC Creo and Windchill PLM - Deep understanding of product design processes, change management, and BOM structuring - Familiarity with Mathcad, Vuforia, or ThingWorx would be advantageous - Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills Additional Company Details (if available): Joining the team offers the chance to work on next-gen industrial tech solutions with leading OEMs, fast-track your career into technical consulting and solution architecture, gain cross-domain exposure, and become an expert in digital transformation, shaping the future of the industry.,
