Application Engineer, Customer Service Desktop & Self-Service

Role Overview: You will be a key member of the Pega Knowledge team, working on developing high-quality enterprise products using the latest technology in the GenAI space and Pega technology. Your role will involve collaborating with passionate project teams to deliver innovative solutions and presenting new technical solutions using Pega constellation framework, JS & REACT, RESTFul microservices, and acquiring new skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a world-class enterprise product within the release timeline while adhering to best practices - Utilize your technical skills to implement software solutions and propose new technical solutions - Collaborate with high performing Pega teams to build out the next generation of features in the product - Lead technical designs and implementations to match technology solutions to customer needs - Present the product to a broader group and communicate effectively with teams - Demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions Qualifications Required: - BS Degree with at least 4+ years of experience or Masters Degree - At least 3+ years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions - Strong technical foundation in object-oriented programming and design, data modeling, and full stack development - Optionally, Pega CSA certified and comfortable using the Pega platform - Experience with Java, HTML-CSS, JS technologies, REACT JS, GenAI- LLMs Models - Excellent time management, organization, interpersonal, and presentational skills - Passionate about technology, proactive, enthusiastic about picking up new concepts and technologies - Ability to lead by example, work in teams, and deliver outstanding customer results - Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies Additional Company Details: Pega offers continuous learning and development opportunities in an innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment.
