Application Engineer, Customer Service Desktop & Self-Service

In this role, you will collaborate with a self-organized team to devise and execute solutions within the Customer Service industry, utilizing industry expertise and cutting-edge technology to address business challenges and enhance operational efficiencies for customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop the worlds best CRM applications. - Adhere to Pega development Best Practices. - Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers. - Utilize technologies such as Pega/PRPC, Java, REST Services, REACT, Postgres, Oracle, DB2, Tomcat. - Take ownership of the components/tasks and ensure timely delivery with great quality. - Resolve customer issues by providing technical guidance or issue formal fixes. - Collaborate with product owner(s) to build value for customers. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of software development experience using prpc, core java, and UI technologies such as react. - Bachelors degree in engineering or similar field. - Experience working in top tier product companies. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Passion for learning new technologies and innovation. - Ability to take ownership of deliverables and deliver with minimal guidance. - Experience partnering with internal clients, like Product Managers, to deliver world-class software.
