Application Engineer

As a Technical Sales Engineer, your role involves preparing technical and commercial quotes aligned with customer requirements, especially in Valves Sizing and Selection. Your responsibilities include converting customer orders into clear plant orders, ensuring timely submission of Techno-Commercial quotes to end customers, and interacting with customers regarding order status and project progress. You will also engage in Technical Bid Analysis/Evaluation, ensuring the selection of the right product with accurate calculations according to international codes such as API, ASME, IBR, NACE std, and special testing procedure requirements. Additionally, you will provide technical and commercial support to branches and end customers, prepare competitive and accurate quotes, and swiftly convert customer orders into plant orders. Your role will involve offering timely technical clarifications, engaging in technical discussions with customers, and tracking enquires, offers, orders, and statuses. It is crucial to submit offers on time as per customer requirements and have a comprehensive understanding of relevant codes and standards related to Pressure/Safety Relief Valves. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating reports on quotes, orders, and post-order changes as per management needs, supporting branches with technical insights, and overseeing projects from enquiry to order execution for smooth operations.
