Lead the application engineering process, including simulations. Drive continuous innovation by staying updated on best practices in the robotic automation market. Ensure quality and compliance with industry-specific regulations. Excellent technical skills and process knowledge. Strong understanding of various robotic processes including pick and place, palletizing, buffing, welding, press handling,
Technically sound in robotics and logic development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in negotiation and stakeholder management. Proficiency in design software: SolidWorks, Unigraphics, and AutoCAD. Experience with RFQ study and proposal development. Familiarity with robotic simulation tools for feasibility studies and concept validation. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
