Job Responsibility : The candidate should have a background in robotics will be preferable. Proposal development and technical sales support. Collaboration with the sales team to evaluate customer requirements and recommend optimal robotic automation solutions. Lead the application engineering process, including simulations. Drive continuous innovation by staying updated on best practices in the robotic automation market. Ensure quality and compliance with industry-specific regulations. Excellent technical skills and process knowledge. Strong understanding of various robotic processes including pick and place, palletizing, buffing, welding, press handling, robotic handling, line balancing, and end-of-line automation. Knowledge of non-automotive industry applications. Proficiency in design software: SolidWorks, Unigraphics, and AutoCAD. RFQ study and proposal preparation. Familiarity with robotic simulation tools for feasibility and concept validation. Basic knowledge of robot programming software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and designing is a plus. Required Skills: Technically sound in robotics and logic development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in negotiation and stakeholder management. Proficiency in design software: SolidWorks, Unigraphics, and AutoCAD. Experience with RFQ study and proposal development. Familiarity with robotic simulation tools for feasibility studies and concept validation. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
