Application Development & Support Manager (Inventory and Warehouse)

Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Operations Functional Analyst, you will provide ongoing support for applications that facilitate manufacturing operations processes. This includes working with users to analyze business requirements, prepare functional and technical specifications, solve issues, and prevent future incidents. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the proper functioning and enhancement of manufacturing operations applications. Key Responsibilities: - Support end-users of manufacturing operations applications - Resolve incidents and problems related to manufacturing operations, including Oracle EBS manufacturing module, APS, and MES - Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical issues - Deploy enhancements in manufacturing operations applications, from designing to stabilization phases - Develop test plans to ensure system functionality and defect-free releases - Collaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate timelines, resourcing needs, and identify risks - Monitor and enhance software integrations in manufacturing operations area - Conduct quality reviews and data analysis to identify and escalate data quality issues - Contribute to digital innovation initiatives and projects in manufacturing operations - Work effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EBS engineering and manufacturing area - 5-7 years of experience in Advanced Planning and Scheduling and Manufacturing Execution Systems - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - International experience - Strong English language skills - PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with APS and MES solutions is essential - Experience with Oracle ASCP is a plus - Experience with PL/SQL or MS SQL, Java, and Javascript is a plus - Experience creating Functional Requirement Documentation and Test Script - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Process discipline and documentation skills essential - Knowledge of ITIL v3 is preferred Additional Details: The company values individuals who are ready to move beyond their comfort zones, be adaptable and flexible in responding to deadlines, and demonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively with diverse teams.,
