Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and implement conversational AI solutions using the Amelia platform.
Design, build, and optimize voice bot workflows to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Integrate Amelia solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and backend applications.
Customize intents, entities, dialogs, and conversation flows based on business requirements.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality bot performance.
Monitor bot performance and continuously optimize accuracy, response quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Document solution designs, configurations, and deployment processes.
Stay current with advancements in conversational AI, voice technologies, and Amelia platform enhancements.

Experience Required:

5 - 10 years of experience with strong exposure to conversational AI solutions.
Hands-on experience working with the Amelia conversational AI platform is mandatory.
Proven experience in voice bot development, configuration, and deployment.
Experience in designing conversational flows, intents, and NLP-driven interactions.
Exposure to AI/Artificial Intelligence concepts and conversational design best practices.
Experience integrating AI/chatbot solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve bot performance and integration issues.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education:Any Gaduation.
