Job Summary

The Application Developer – L3 is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end applications that support business needs and improve user experience. The role involves creating clean workflows, building scalable database structures, writing optimized expressions, and ensuring high-quality delivery through thorough testing. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performing applications and provide post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end applications to unlock opportunities for users.

• Design scalable and modular solutions.

• Clean, Modular Workflows: Build well-structured workflows divided into reusable components to enhance maintainability, testability, and scalability.

• Database & Schema Design: Create efficient database structures with proper tables, relationships, constraints, normalization, and indexing for performance and integrity.

• Write Optimal Expressions: Develop clean and optimized expressions with a focus on performance, execution time, and resource efficiency.

• Conduct functional testing (manual and automated).

• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and refine requirements.

• Perform end-to-end implementation and deployment of applications.

• Provide post-production support and troubleshoot issues.

• Track and measure project milestones and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in building end-to-end applications.

• Strong familiarity with databases, table design, and schema creation.

• Working knowledge of Java and JavaScript.

• Ability to write expressions and workflows.

• Experience in writing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated tests.

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BE, or MCA (Computer Science preferred).

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
