Role Description:As a Technical Lead - Application / Platform support at Incedo, you will be responsible for providing technical support for client applications and platforms. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system uptime, ensuring compliance with technical standards, collaborating with other teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Roles & Responsibilities: Providing technical support for applications and platforms. Configuring and maintaining application and platform components. Monitoring and analyzing application and platform performance metrics. Troubleshooting and resolving application and platform-related issues. Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure application and platform integration and functionality. Maintaining documentation of application and platform configurations and changes.
Skills Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of CI/CD devops pipeline set-up and deployment practices.
Qualifications
7-9 years of work experience in relevant field B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
