Your typical day involves collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensure applications align with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance team performance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation, Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules. - Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation management - Experience in Oracle Cloud applications development - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security and data privacy - Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full-time education is required Show more Show less
