Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve creating innovative solutions to address business needs and collaborating with team members to ensure successful application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and implement Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. - Experience with Salesforce integration and customization. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and development. - Good To Have Skills: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. - Knowledge of Apex programming language. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A Regular 15-year full-time education is required.
