Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to guarantee the quality and functionality of the applications you create, while continuously seeking ways to enhance the user experience and meet evolving business demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of various automated testing frameworks and tools. - Experience in writing and executing test cases to ensure application quality. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
