Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring that applications are designed and built to meet the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for configuring applications and ensuring they align with the required specifications. Additionally, you will contribute to the decision-making process and engage with multiple teams to provide solutions to problems. A) Tableau Developer Responsibilities1) Recognize business requirements and devise a solution to meet data requirements2) Collaborate with IT teams and business experts to implement data-driven policies and initiatives throughout the enterprise3) Create, and update Tableau dashboards and analytics4) Gather, clean, and prepare data for analytics and visualization5) Manage and use the Tableau platform to gain valuable insights6) Create reports using a variety of graphical and data modelling techniques7) Create new KPIs and monitor them consistently in datasets8) Gathering and normalizing data from multiple data sources9) Create, test, and publish dashboards and reports, as well as schedule refreshes10) Define access controls and put security measures in place as needed11) Accurately drill deep into data and generate reports12) Designing wireframes and beta dashboards with an emphasis on user experience, consistency, and visibility13) Enhance the whole process of data management, collecting, dashboard design, and product life-cycle management14) Use algorithms and statistical approaches to extract information from data15) Troubleshooting any data or performance issues with workbooks and data sources16) Keep an eye on reports and dashboards and make any required modifications17) Oversee Tableau-powered installations, architecture, and management18) Actively control Tableau's performance and usability to get the desired outcomeB) Tableau Developer Requirements & Skills1) Demonstrated expertise in developing and operating Tableau-driven dashboards and analytics2) The ability to query and show massive data sets while optimizing workbook performance3) The ability to decipher technical or dashboard structure and translate complicated business needs into technical specifications4) Familiarity with Tableau administrator/architecture5) Expertise in Tableau development is necessary6) Excel proficiency at a high level (macros, pivot tables, etc.)7) Knowledge of complex mathematical and statistical functions8) A firm grasp of SQL, relational database management systems, data modelling, and standardization9) Excellent communication abilities10) Precision and attention to detailC) Additional Information:1) The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Tableau2) This position is based at our Bengaluru office3) A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
