Must have skills : Agile Project Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements in Hyderabad. You will play a crucial role in the development process. Roles & ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives), ensuring theyare focused, efficient, and outcome-driven. Own and manage Jira and Confluence, structuring dashboards, workflows, andreports to improve team efficiency and transparency. Actively manage capacity planning and workload distribution, ensuring sustainablepacing and accurate forecasting. Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and critical paths, proactively addressingbottlenecks to keep workstreams moving smoothly. Ensure strong collaboration with Engineering and Product Leadership, aligningAgile execution with the team's strategic roadmap. Provide structured reporting on progress, key metrics, and blockers to stakeholders,leadership, and cross-functional teams. Drive Agile process improvements, balancing structure with flexibility while helping theteam increase predictability and efficiency. Act as a change agent, implementing best practices and structured changemanagement processes where needed. Resolve conflicts effectively, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment acrossteams with competing priorities. Identify and remove impediments, ensuring the team remains focused on executionand delivery. Coach and mentor the team, instilling a culture of accountability, ownership, andcontinuous learning. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies Experience in Agile tools such as Jira or Trello Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps practices Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
