Must have skills : Oracle Procurement Cloud Good to have skills : Oracle Cloud Financials Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing Oracle Procurement Cloud solutions- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Oracle Cloud Financials Professional & Technical Skills:-8-10 years of Oracle ERP experience with a minimum of 5 years of Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay experience, including 2-3 full cycle implementation and configuration experience in the following areas:oPurchasingoSelf-Service ProcurementoProcurement ContractsoSupplier PortaloSupplier Qualification ManagementoSourcing (optional)-Working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules (AP, Expense, Cash Management, GL, & FA) that integrate with Procurement & Supplier module is required. -Oracle Certification in the Procurement module is preferred. -Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, Oracle FDI / Oracle OBIEE, and other reporting tools is advantageous.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities are necessary. The resource is expected to have knowledge of P2P industry-leading practices and be able to provide suggestions to enhance the value of Markels P2P implementation.-Knowledge of automation tools and the ability to work with AI and RPA tools would be beneficial. -Familiarity with Agile principles and best practices. Ability to deliver change working across multiple teams.-A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude is desired, capable of working independently and managing multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment.-Effective interaction with the team and stakeholders through in-person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate is essential. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
