15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions with team members to brainstorm innovative solutions and refine application designs, all while maintaining a focus on user experience and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Act as a subject matter expert on integration strategies and patterns. - Troubleshoot complex integration issues during development and post-migration. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Have strong experience with Rest API development and integration - Have ability to understand and transform Authentication and Authorization models from mainframe to the newer stack - Able to perform call graph analysis and latency analysis to ensure compatible performance - Have strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, Core Java, Spring boot and Microservices - Have strong professional experience in developing RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. - Able to design and implement integration solutions to connect new Java microservices on AWS with legacy Mainframe systems during the migration. - Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to expose new application functionality on AWS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
